The Energy Master project is dedicated to transforming the way manufacturers utilize solar energy, creating smarter and more sustainable operations. In collaboration with leading partners such as Santer Reply, GridDuck, TEC Eurolab, Metal Office, and Diversey, we are developing an advanced operating system that aligns factory production processes with rooftop solar energy generation. By integrating AI-powered predictions, real-time energy measurements, and cutting-edge automation, Energy Master aims to maximize solar energy self-consumption and reduce reliance on the grid.
With Europe's manufacturing sector consuming 26% of the EU's energy and facing rising costs, our solution provides a timely response to these challenges. By leveraging solar generation forecasts and innovative technology, factories can optimize their production schedules to align with solar output, increasing energy efficiency and reducing carbon footprints. The project also focuses on inclusivity and sustainability, promoting gender equality in the technology and engineering sectors, while fostering the adoption of renewable energy across diverse industries.
